Thrive at Work
Workplace Dynamics — Lets make it work
Work has the power to bring out the best in us. When collaboration flows, when ideas spark, and when you feel seen — work can be energizing, creative, and deeply fulfilling. But too often, stress, unclear expectations, or clashing styles get in the way.
What if work could feel different?
What if you had the tools and confidence to communicate effectively and compassionately at work, set healthy boundaries, and turn tension into connection?
That’s the purpose of Thrive Sessions.
Every two weeks in the heart of Amsterdam, we gather a small group of professionals who want to grow. Together, we create a supportive community where you can explore your workplace challenges, try out new approaches, and connect with others on the same path.
Experiencing, practicing, and evolving together.

Your Facilitators
Michael Arvin, PhD
For more than a decade I’ve facilitated leadership groups in the US and the Netherlands, from executives to inmates. I’ve seen how much people struggle with connection — and how quickly things shift once they practice new ways of relating. I bring tools from psychology, group dynamics, and crucial conversations to help people thrive together.
Yoel Gross
As the founder of a fashion company with over 100 employees, I learned how much relationships shape the workplace. Pleasing others left me drained, while tough calls weighed heavy. That’s what drew me to coaching, non-violent communication and systemic work: to create spaces where people can grow into clarity, resilience, and healthier ways of leading.
