My approach, rooted in the Mutual Recognition of our Common Humanity (MRCH), creates safe spaces for honest dialogue, turning conflict into opportunities for collaboration, and accelerates teamwork beyond what you think is possible.
About Me
I’m Michael, a leadership consultant with 10 years of experience transforming organizations in the U.S. and Netherlands, from corporate boardrooms to prison rehabilitation programs. My mission began with a realization: modern leaders don’t need to be psychologists to succeed, they need the courage to address conflict and build trust. By creating spaces to practice social competencies, I help teams overcome burnout, disconnection, and dysfunction. My philosophy draws on ancestral wisdom, where shared stories around the fire built cooperation, and applies it to today’s workplace challenges.
