About Me
I’m a leadership consultant who’s worked with diverse people in the U.S. and the Netherlands, from small business owners to boardroom executives and prison inmates.
My mission began with a realization: modern leaders don’t need to be psychologists to succeed, they need the courage and know-how to build trust and address conflict.
By showing how to practice leadership fundamentals together, I help teams and managers overcome burnout, disconnection, and dysfunction. I do this at the personal, team and organization level.
My methods combine insights from psychobiology, anthropology, and timeless understanding, drawing on over ten years of leadership experience in change management. What drives me is the joy of robust, clear connection with others around me, and cooperating to achieve the impossible.
